Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3 TO 4 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchange Options

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For regular returns (e.g., size or preference issues), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
